- Catvar 2.0 - The Categorial Variation Database for English (OSL)

- NLTK - Natural Language Toolkit Regexp Tagger, N-Gram Tagger, Brill Tagger, HMM Tagger, plus a freely downloadable book with a chapter on tagging
