Hao is the Reproducibility Librarian at the University of Florida Health Science Center Libraries. He is a former computational ecologist, with research interests in complex systems, causal inference, time series analysis, open science, and software development. His role is to promote research reproducibility and open science practices across the entire UF system. He is especially interested in how open practices can be leveraged to promote equity and inclusion in higher education.
