2014Q3 Reports: ACL 2017

Reports of previous ACLs has been studied and a plan for ACL 2017 in consultation with other office bearers of ACL will be chalked out. Since ACL 2017 is in the US, it would need to be coordinated with NAACL. Pushpak has already had a preliminary email exchange with Hal Daume.
A mailing list (acl17cc) in parallel with the existing ones such as acl15cc and acl16cc will be created very soon. Pushpak is already an an observer on these two lists.
