PORTLAND STATE UNIVERSITY DORMITORY HOUSING FORM

A limited number of dormitory rooms are available at the Portland State University for students looking for inexpensive accommodations during the conference. Rooms are almost evenly divided between Ondine and Broadway dormitories and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All rooms are doubles (2 beds) so you can take the entire room for yourself or share with someone you know (we cannot match people up as roommates).
$300 for either dorm covers the entire conference dates or any part of the week
Earliest Check-in Date: June 19, 2011, anytime after 3:00pm
Latest Check-out Date: June 24, 2011, by 11:00am

Towels - Fresh towels will be provided regularly to each guest during their stay (*weekdays only, for weekends extra supplies will be provided).
Linens - Fresh bed linens will be provided to each guest during their stay. Linens will be changed on a weekly basis per floor. Fresh Linens may be requested by guests.
General housekeeping of rooms during guest's and groups' stay is the responsibility of the guest.
Smoking – Summer Housing and Conferencing, operates a smoke free environment.
Alcoholic Beverages - Consumption of alcoholic beverages is NOT PERMITTED for guests under the age of 21.
Guest Property - Summer Housing and Conferencing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
