With the recent advances in the field of Computational Linguistics (CL) brought on by rapid developments in neural models, the goal of this conference is to focus on the application of AI/ML in NLP and CL. The ACLing 2021 aims to bring together leading academicians, scientists, researchers and practitioners from all over the world to exchange new ideas and the latest results in Computational Linguistics and NLP; a field that has become increasingly important. The scope of the conference encompasses the theory and practice of all aspects of AI/ML in Computational Linguistics.

WISDOM aims to motivate researchers and practitioners from multidisciplinary fields to enhance the development of novel opinion mining and sentiment analysis techniques. With the rapid growth of Web a plethora of information is being published on-line by users on social networks, online communities, blogs, wikis, etc. This collective intelligence has spread to many different areas, with particular focus on fields related to everyday life such as commerce, tourism, education, and health, causing the size of the social Web to expand exponentially.

RANLP (Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing) has established itself over the years as one of the most influential and competitive NLP conferences. The event is held biennially and grew out of the International summer schools "Contemporary topics in Computational Linguistics", which were organised for many years as training events. Selected papers from most RANLP conferences have been regularly published in a volume as part of John Benjamins’ series “Current Trends of Linguistic Research”.

As a follow up of the “4th Workshop on Computational Approaches to Subjectivity, Sentiment and Social Media Analysis” (WASSA 2013) ‐ http://optima.jrc.it/wassa2013/index.htm, papers are invited that address the topic of "Computational Approaches to the Retrieval, Mining and Classification of Affective Texts", for a Special Issue of the Information Processing and Management Journal (Elsevier).
