Ines Rehbein received her Ph.D from Dublin City University, where she worked on LFG-based grammar acquisition for German. From 2008 to 2010 she was a postdoctoral researcher at Saarland University in the SAarbrücken Lexical SemAntics (SALSA) project. Since 2011, she is a member of the SFB 632 “Information structure” at Potsdam University where she is working on creating a treebank of Kiez-German ('hood German), a multi-ethnic variety of urban German. Her research interests include (semi-)automatic linguistic annotation, treebanking, statistical parsing, domain adaptation, as well as lexical semantics and the syntax-semantics interface.
