Masters in Computer Science under Dr. Chris Callison-Burch at JHU, focused on applications of NLP, especially domain adaptation and machine translation. Currently employed at Newsela.com as a Computational Linguist and Software Engineer, building systems applying statistics and machine learning for measuring text complexity, performing text simplification, and user personalization.
