Things that need to be done:
- change the license terms in Policies of the ACL wiki and ACLWiki:Copyrights
- require email vaildation of accounts before editing?
- specify the ACLWiki:Privacy policy
- specify the ACLWiki:General disclaimer
- add content to the links in the navigation sidebar -- the box on the left side
- add a lot more content to the wiki
