Thanks for State Of The Art!

I know what you're trying to achieve, from reading Hal's blog, but it is probably not obvious to most visitors to State Of The Art. I think you should write an introductory paragraph that describes the goals and methods of State Of The Art.

The tables might look a bit cleaner if you move the references outside of the tables, like TOEFL Synonym Questions.
