Stephen Tratz is a computer scientist at the United States Army Research Laboratory's Adelphi Laboratory Center located in the Washington, D.C., metro area. He received a Ph.D. in computational linguistics from the University of Southern California -- Information Sciences Institute in 2011 under the supervision of Dr. Eduard Hovy.
