I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, using natural language processing to study the psychology of human judgment. I work primarily with word-embedding models, and use similarity in embedding space to proxy the associations that people have for everyday objects and events. I find that these associations predict judgment with high accuracy. I obtained my PhD from Carnegie Mellon University. Additional details at: http://www.sas.upenn.edu/~bhatiasu/
