- Conference sub-domain policy working well and being adopted widely, leading to cost savings and standardization.
- AWS infrastructure worked great for virtual conferences. Most virtual conference websites being migrated to GitHub pages post-conference.
- AWS SES mass-mailing infrastructure continues to be successfully used for sending mails to large groups in the community beyond just ACL members.
- Migration away from bluest continues - the main anthology version now lives on a digital ocean droplet and with a new domain (aclanthology.org) with redirects for all previous URLs. Matt will talk more about this.
- Plans to move wiki and conference registration away from bluehost as well and on to separate DO droplets (with code on GitHub) making things more stable and maintainable.
- New fellow nomination portal was tested by some previous fellows committee members but decision unclear at this point.
- Mentorship website online under ACL subdomain, mailing infrastructure being set up right now.
- ElectionRunner.com continues to provide smooth, frictionless elections for ACL chapters and SIGs (NAACL, SIGDAT, SIGLEX, SIGEDU).
