I am a PhD student at Heriot-Watt University working on abuse detection and mitigation in conversational agents under the supervision of Professor Verena Rieser and Dr Arash Eshghi. Previously, I worked on automatic evaluation of open-domain conversational agents. I was team leader for Alana, Heriot-Watt university's entry to the 2018 Amazon Alexa Prize.
