Benoit Favre is an associate professor at Aix-Marseille University. He graduated from University of Avignon in France on the topic of speech summarization in 2007. He held a postdoc position at Berkeley and at Le Mans, and has been an associate professor since 2010. His favorite topics are spoken language understanding, multimodal language processing, summarization and machine learning applied to NLP.
