Previously, Mellon Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, Research Assistant at Stanford University and PhD in Sociolinguistics from the University of Essex under the supervision of Professor David Britain. My dissertation examined the ongoing change in the vowel /a/ in sotuhwest England.
