I'm a PhD student in computer science department, University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and also affiliated with University of Massachusetts Medical School. My adviser is Dr. Hong Yu. My research interests include machine learning, social network analysis, protein-protein network analysis and information retrieval. Currently I am working on automatic research collaboration recommendation based on researcher collaboration network work structure and research history. Another research topic of mine is protein-protein interaction prediction for hypothesis generation.

I recieved a BEng in mechanical engineering, MEng in software engineering both from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a MS in computer science from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
