Dr. Rebecca Sela manages Servicing Modeling within the Chase Operations Modeling Center of Excellence. The Servicing Modeling team develops machine learning and natural language processing models to make the Chase call center more efficient. Her prior roles at Chase have included managing Site Analytics Modeling and managing Chase Finance Modeling. Previously, Rebecca worked as an Assistant Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Rebecca has a BA in Mathematics with Highest Honors from Swarthmore College and a PhD in Statistics from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
