Taher is a PhD student in the department of computer science at Sapienza University of Rome, doing research under the supervision of Roberto Navigli. His areas of interest are lexical semantics (especially word sense disambiguation and semantic similarity) and machine translation. He has done his masters degree in Tehran University where he worked on English-Persian machine translation.
