The ACL Test-of-Time award (ACL ToT) was established, and successfully implemented: after gathering background, and a period of discussion with the exec, a proposal was brought forth, and voted upon. After the motion establishing the ACL ToT was passed in May, the focus moved to implementing it in time for ACL 2019.
The work in progress for updating the Conference Handbook is ongoing.
