Past and future elections

Elections were held in the spring of 2017. The next election is scheduled for 2020.


Members

As of July 2, 2019, SIGSEM has around 800 members.

Website

There is an active, moderated mailinglist. Our website, http://www.sigsem.org/, is wiki-based and is regularly updated by SIGSEM's information officers.

Major SIGSEM Events: IWCS and *SEM

IWCS 2019, the 13th International Conference on Computational Semantics, took place May 23-27 in Gothenburg, Sweden. See https://sites.google.com/view/iwcs2019/home.

STARSEM-2019 (*SEM-2019), the Eighth Joint Conference on Lexical and Computational Semantics, took place June 6-7, 2019 in Minneapolis, USA. See https://starsem.org/2019/ The *SEM events are jointly organized by SIGSEM and SIGLEX.
