Following on from Industry Tracks at NAACL HLT and EMNLP, ACL included an industry track in 2023 for the first time.  The chairs were Beata Beigman Klebanov (ETS), Sunayana Sitaram (Microsoft), and Jason Williams (Apple).  We largely followed the format established by previous industry tracks at NAACL HLT and EMNLP, including double-blind reviewing with 3 reviews per paper, 4 topic areas, and 8 senior area chairs. The page limit of submitted papers was 6 pages, and for final versions of accepted papers was 7 pages.  A "limitations" section was optional.  Papers referred by senior area chairs as having potential ethical concerns were referred to the ACL 2023 ethics chairs for review.  Our committee consisted of 264 reviewers.  We received 205 submissions, and accepted a total of 77, for an overall acceptance rate of 77/205 = 37.6%.  After acceptance, one accepted paper withdrew, so we have 76 papers in the proceedings.  Of the 76 papers in the proceedings, 12 will be presented as talks and 64 as posters.  Both presentation formats may be done in-person or virtually.
