2018Q3 Reports: SIG Officer

Since the 2018Q1_Reports:_SIG_Compliance report, a proposal has been submitted for the creation of a Broad-Interest-Group to promote diversity within the CL community. Approval of this proposal is pending decisions on restructuring of the ACL executive committee which will affect how the BIG officers will work with the ACL exec on initiatives relating to diversity.
