The web site for ACL 2024 Demonstrations Track is: https://2024.aclweb.org/calls/system_demonstration/, which includes details about submissions, deadlines, reviewing policy and important dates. We encourage authors to include visual aids (e.g., screenshots, snapshots, or diagrams) in their papers. In addition to the submitted paper, a short (max. 2 minutes) video demonstrating the system is also required to be submitted. All submissions are single blind, in which authors are allowed to disclose their names on their submitted papers. We keep the style file the same as that of the main conference. We have also adopted the ethics policy from ACL 2024, honoring ACM Code of Ethics. The deadline for submissions is set to March 18, 2024 to receive more submissions and the date for notification of acceptance is June 3, 2024.

We have received 114 submissions, among which 108 papers are valid with required materials. We use a reviewer pool collected from the reviewers for the demo track of ACL 2023 and EMNLP 2023. 178 reviewers accept our invitation and 161 reviewers have been assigned with papers. During the reviewing process, 88% reviews are successfully submitted by the reviewers. For the remaining reviews, we have invited 30+ emergency reviewers. We have carefully checked all submitted reviews. Based on these reviews, we finally accept 38 papers with an acceptance rate of 35%, which is comparable with those in previous years.

We have also compiled the proceedings for the demo track and coordinated with PC chairs to finalize the demo track’s schedule at the conference.
