2012Q3 Reports: AFNLP Representative

(1) AFNLP has recently revised its constitution. The major changes are:

a. Allow Individual Membership in addition to the original Institutional Members. Those individual members will elect 3 Members-at-Large who will sit in both the board and the executive committee. However, the vice president will be elected by the board members (including those 3 elected MAL).

b. Accept SIG application. SIGs will be monitored by the executive committee.

c. Appoint Honorary Bursar and Web Master.
