2020Q3 Reports: Member at-large / Conference Officer

The conference officer's focus was on revising the ACL Test-of-Time award (ACL ToT) after it was implemented in 2019 for the first time. The 2019 motion was amended for example establishing that up to 2 awards can be presented/year, the specific composition of the award committee, etc. After the amended motion was passed, I focused on implementing the award for 2020. 4 awards were given (2 for 1995, 2 for 2010), and presented at the virtual ACL 2020 conference.
