0. The publicity director's appointment started 1 Jan 2023 (transferring from deputy). Barbara Plank's term ended in December 2022. 1. Social media streamlining. We added Mastodon for all the conferences. Persistent Twitter accounts are in place and in use, see point 3. 2. Handbook. We continuously do updates on the handbook, and invite new conference publicity chairs to contribute to it.
3. Overview of Social Media presence and number of members. We observe a steady increase in followers/members, except for Instagram (which is only used during on-site conferences and was active last time in 2019).
