This page outlines the basic steps you need to follow to prepare and submit the camera-ready version of regular papers for the main conference.

1. Paper Format

Style files:

• LaTeX (llncs2e.zip)
• Microsoft Word

2. Submission

The deadline for submitting your camera-ready paper is 13 June 2005.  We have a very tight schedule, and we ask for your cooperation to submit on or before the deadline to make sure the proceedings can be printed on time for the conference.  Both soft copy and hard copy should be submitted as follows.

Soft copy submission

Make sure you include the following in a zip file:

• source file(s): TEX or DOC for text, and PS or EPS for figures
• the final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX)
• RTF file (for papers using text processing systems other than LaTeX)
• the final PS file
• a PDF file of the final version of your paper
• any style files, templates, and special fonts you may have used

If there is anything unusual about the way in which your final paper is produced from the sources you have provided, please also include a README file that gives detailed instructions for formatting your paper.

Upload your final zip file via the START system.

Hard copy submission

Please send a single-sided printout (not a photocopy) of your final paper to the following address:

3. Copyright Form

Please print the copyright form, sign it and send it to the Publication Committee together with the hard copy of your paper to the above address.
